Accolades at the End of the School Year
Students at Highland View Elementary in Greendale attend an awards ceremony on the last day of school.
school held its annual awards ceremony on June 9 for third, fourth and fifth graders. Students, staff and parents gathered in the gym for the event.
Awards were given out for music, art, service and academic achievement. Four fifth graders received the gold President's Award and ten fifth graders received the silver President's Award. This award is given out and signed by President Barack Obama to students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement.
