📰 News we're reading

• Distress Roundup: CMBS Malls, Offices and Wymore 360 in Play (cremarketbeat.com) — A judge has approved the receivership sale of Southridge Mall in Greendale, tied to a $100.9 million commercial mortgage loan, marking a major step in resolving the mall's long-running financial distress. The sale covers a large portion of the regional shopping center, which has struggled since the pandemic, and could shape future redevelopment, tenant stability, and shopping options for Greendale residents.
