• Football: Knights rout Trojans in homecoming game (wdtimes.com) — Dodgeland's homecoming football game in Juneau ended in a tough 47–0 loss to Oshkosh Lourdes, despite a promising 14-yard completion on the Trojans' first play. Junior running back Noah Kohn led Dodgeland's offense and defense, while Lourdes piled up 385 total yards before Dodgeland turns its focus to Friday's trip to Randolph/Cambria-Friesland.
   

• Dodge County budget remains 'a work in progress' (gazettextra.com) — Dodge County officials meeting in Juneau are working to close a remaining $1.8 million gap in the 2027 budget, even as highway repairs and facility upgrades push capital plans above $33 million. Leaders are weighing a smaller cost-of-living raise for employees, while projections suggest a higher property tax levy but a lower tax rate for a typical $300,000 home.
   

• Stride Youth Leadership Conference: Communication Skills, Career Plans (morningagclips.com) — From Juneau teens are being invited to the 2026 Stride Youth Leadership Conference at UW–Madison on Nov. 17, where they'll practice communication skills and explore agriculture-related careers. Open to students ages 15 to 18, the program includes leadership sessions, hands-on labs, meals, and a t‑shirt, with registration due by Nov. 12.
