He was arrested and faces multiple charges, as the city simultaneously moves toward a public nuisance action after hundreds of service calls and ongoing safety concerns at the site.

Construction advances on Madison school referendum projects (spectrumnews1.com) — Construction is moving ahead on the Madison school district's $507 million referendum projects, with new buildings for Blackhawk, Gompers, Sherman, and Shabazz schools already taking shape. Madison taxpayers will pay about $27 more per month through 2048 to fund modern, flexible learning spaces, with the first new schools expected to open in summer 2027.
