Tom Parks, Annex Wealth Management, and IBAW Public Policy Chair, will lead a discussion with Elmbrook Schools District Superintendent Mark Hansen and State Senator Dale Kooyenga providing insight into the relationship between local school districts and state government, how Wisconsin’s K-12 education is funded, and the evolving collaborative efforts between schools and private industry.

Steve Kohlmann, executive director of IBAW, said, “A lot of your tax dollars go to funding of public schools, but how is that money being spent? Is it enough? Are our kids getting the education we paid for? And what does all this mean for Wisconsin’s future workforce?”
