SPEARity™ Finalist in Governor’s Business Excellence Competition

The Governor’s Business Excellence Competition has named SPEARity a finalist for its Outstanding Business Award. The winners will be announced at the MARKETPLACE 2020 Virtual Award Ceremony on Tuesday, December 8th at 8:30 a.m., where winners and runners-up will be presented awards. The competition recognizes outstanding businesses owned by minorities, women, and service-disabled veterans.

SPEARity is a Milwaukee-based consulting firm that specializes in business coaching, executive coaching, and leadership development training. SPEARity has won numerous awards during the past year. Darren Fisher, CEO and founder of SPEARity was also recognized as a Distinguished Honoree at the MMAC’s Focus on the Future awards a few weeks ago, winning in the category Pivot Not Panic.

The MARKETPLACE Outstanding Business Awards recognize Wisconsin businesses that show overall business excellence in sales growth, product innovation, employment, and management. Those awards have two categories, one for businesses with more than 25 employees and one for small businesses with 25 or fewer employees. There is also a Rising Star award.
