Why go? Gateway Horticulture Club will host plant sales in May, at the greenhouses of the Kenosha campus. The money raised from the sales of these plants will benefit students through horticulture scholarships and the supply budget. Students make displays, work in customer service and apply their plant identification sales. Proceeds also benefit community outreach efforts. Hanging baskets, begonias, geraniums and petunias will be among featured plants.

Why go? Regency Mall will host a Spring Small Business Expo from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, May 14. Participants will include L-Bri, Gold Canyon Candles, Tupperware, Scentsy Candles, Miche Bag, Lia Sophia Jewelry, Mt. Pleasant Chiropractic & Rehab, Pressed Creations, Beauty-Balance-Blessings, Mary Kay, AmWay Global, SCS Computer Services, Surprise Parties, Jewels by Park Lane, TCF Bank and others.

Why go?Racine Unified will host its free Summer Activities Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, May 14 at the Racine Civic Centre in Festival Hall. Games, food and prizes will be offered, and information about the community's summer school and day camps will be provided.
