The whole school turned out in specially decorated Defender Masks with real-life heroes from South Shore Fire and the Sturtevant Police Departments for an anti-bullying parade.
Schulte Elementary School in Sturtevant has focused all year on what being a hero means. Part of that curriculum includes messages on being a friend and not being a bully.
Students, teachers, staff and parents turned out for a year-end parade with real-life heroes from the South Shore Fire and Sturtevant Police Departments.
