Kenosha Woman Charged with Stealing from Muskego Man
Suspect allegedly took out a Kohl's credit card in victim's name.

A Kenosha woman is facing charges she allegedly opened up a credit card in a false name while living with a Muskego man.
Cathie R. Lenegar, 38, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with five counts of identity theft for financial gain. If convicted, she faces up to 30 years in prison and $50,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint, Lenegar allegedly opened up a Kohl’s credit card in the name of a man she had been staying with in Muskego and charged items to it between October and December 2010.

While the two were living together, the victim noticed the card after it fell out of Lenegar’s purse. He also claimed Lenegar had taken some of his personal checks and about $25,000 is missing from his bank account.
Lenegar is scheduled to make her first appearance n court July 6.
