The win keeps West tied with Pewaukee for first place and adds fresh energy to a rivalry that clearly matters to New Berlin students, families, and the wider community.
   

• 3 Waukesha County companies make it into top 16 in Coolest competition (gmtoday.com) — A New Berlin manufacturer, Permobil Inc., has reached the Top 16 in the statewide Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest with its Comfort Unite Back Support. Residents can vote once per day by email through 5 p.m. Tuesday to help determine whether the New Berlin product advances to the Top 8 and possibly toward the overall title later this month.
