57-Year-Old Man Found Frozen to Death in Pickup Truck in Oak Creek
Police today have identified the man as Phillip Bruce Behnam, 57, and homeless.

OAK CREEK, WI — A 57-year-old Oak Creek man has died after he was found frozen in his snow-covered pickup truck this week.
Police today have identified the man as Phillip Bruce Behnam, 57, and homeless.
According to a report out of CBS 58 Friday, Benham was found in a T-shirt, jeans and cowboyboots after he was found frozen in his truck on Addison Lane near 5th Ave.

It was 28 degrees in his truck.

According to a FOX 6 report, he was homeless after living with his girlfriend of 19 years, and reportedly told her he was staying at a rescue mission.
