Angry Apparently-Naked Man Calls Kids 'Terrorists'

OAK CREEK, WI — A 911 caller called police just after 10 p.m. on July 2 on a report that an upstairs neighbor was outside with the caller's juvenile guests, calling them "terrorists" while apparently naked.

All children were reportedly safely in the apartment by the time the police call came in.

Police reports that the neighbor in a neighboring apartment came out on his balcony and called the kids terrorists.

A parent reportedly said they only saw him from the waist up and it was unclear whether the neighbor was actually naked.

The parent indicated he did not want any police action, but simply wanted the neighbor advised to no longer yell at the children outside.

Officers spoke with the apparently semi-naked man and advised him of the complaint against him and was advised to stay inside for the evening.
