Break-In Reported on Darlene Lane

The report stated that a back window screen had been cut in an attempt to see whether the window was locked.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the 300 block of E. Darlene Lane just before noon on May 30 on a report of an attempted break-in.

According to police reports, someone tried to break into a resident's house in which a window was damaged over the past week.

The report stated that a back window screen had been cut in an attempt to see whether the window was locked. No other windows were reportedly damaged.
