OAK CREEK -- One criminal found out the hard way that it's never a good idea to park in the handicap parking stall if you're not handicapped.

On New Year's Eve, Oak Creek police responded to the TJ Maxx store on S. Howell Ave. after learning that the driver of a Lexus had parked in a handicap spot without having a placard posted in their vehicle.

Police responded just after 5 p.m. and although the driver just moved the vehicle to another spot, he had open warrants through Greenfield police.
