Drunk Man With .247 BAC Falls Asleep at Oak Creek Gas Pump; Arrested for OWI
When police arrived, they noted that the vehicle was left running and the two men were asleep inside the vehicle.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek Police responded to the 7 Eleven on W. Rawson Ave. just after midnight on May 9 on a report that a man having difficulty pumping gas in his vehicle appeared to be intoxicated.
When police arrived, they noted that the vehicle was left running and the two men were asleep inside the vehicle.
Police spoke with the driver, who had a strong odor of intoxicants on him, very slurred speech and admitted that he had been drinking.

According to reports, the man failed standard field sobriety tests and registered a .247 blood alcohol concentration on a preliminary breath test.
