A dad was cited for disorderly conduct in Oak Creek after tracking his son to a park, blocking him in, and suspecting him of drug dealing.

OAK CREEK, WI — An upset father was cited for disorderly conduct by police in Oak Creek on Father's Day after he reportedly prevented his son's car from leaving a parking lot on the Oak Creek Parkway after he suspected his son of drug dealing.
According to Oak Creek police reports, Oak Creek police were dispatched to the 9200 block of S. Howell on a report that a woman's ex-husband had her son blocked in a parking spot by his motorcycle and wouldn't let him leave.
According to the reports, the father used a cell phone tracking application to track him to the parkway, and believed he might be either using drugs or dealing at the park. The son, upset by this, refused to speak with him and tried backing up, only to be penned in by dad's motorcycle.

During the exchange, the man reportedly threw a bottle of water at his son. His ex-wife called the police, stating that the father suspected that drugs were in the vehicle.
When police arrived, a drug-sniffing dog indicated the presence of drugs in the vehicle, only to discover that there were burnt ends of marijuana blunts in the ashtray which were not enough to be measurable.

Reports indicated that the father had been out of the picture until two or three months ago, when they started reconnecting and began living together again.
According to police, one day the father discovered large amounts of marijuana and drug paraphernalia a week ago and kicked him out of the house.
On Sunday, the ex-wife and son wanted him arrested for preventing them from leaving and creating a scene. Police instead issued the father with a citation for disorderly conduct.
