Fight at Bootz Saloon in Oak Creek Leads to Arrest

The report stated that the woman and her husband became embroiled in an animated discussion after a friend of theirs vomited in their truck.

OAK CREEK -- An Oak Creek woman was arrested at the Bootz Saloon and Grill, 8950 S. 27th St. on Jan. 8 on a report of a fight.

According to police, a physical fight took place between a male and the female suspect, with the female suspect as the aggressor and possibly intoxicated.

The report stated that the woman and her husband became embroiled in an animated discussion after a friend of theirs vomited in their truck.

The report goes on to say that a person who tried to separate the wife and husband was truck several times by the female in the hands and in the face.

Police arrested the female on suspicion of battery and she was transported to the police station. While there, the report states that the female suffered an unspecified medical emergency and had to be transported to the hospital by the fire department.
