Fight at Oak Creek Pick 'n Save Parking Lot Leads to Arrests

The driver of that vehicle began the fight by attempting to assault the people on foot. More people became involved in the altercation.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police made multiple arrests after a fight broke out in the Pick 'n Save parking lot on Dec. 27.

According to the police report, an active fight took place between two white females, one white male and two black males just before 5 p.m. The scene of the fight was described as near an older-model Chevy Cavalier with front-end damage.

Officers were dispatched, and while in route, the Cavalier left northbound on 27th St. That vehicle was tracked down by officers near the 1600 block of W. College Ave. and determined one party in the vehicle matched the description of one of the offenders in the Pick 'n Save fight that was reported a short time prior.

According to the report, two of the subjects were walking across 27th St. when a vehicle sped up near them. One of the walkers threw her hands up at the vehicle, which pulled into the Pick 'n Save parking lot, then circled back to them.

Two people were arrested a short distance away and were cited for battery and obstructing an officer.
