First Responders Save Life At Oak Creek High School
A male who fell from a wall at the high school reportedly went unconscious. First responders brought him back.

OAK CREEK, WI — On Friday, Sep. 8, just before 6:30 p.m. Oak Creek police responded to the High School on a report that a male had fallen and was bleeding from his nose.
Authorities reported that the male had a light pulse but was not breathing at the time of the police call.
According to reports, the 911 caller observed the male balance himself against a wall on the northwest side of the high school, and fall flat on his face.

Reports indicate that the male told bystanders that he was "fine," however he reportedly went unconscious after 30 seconds to one minute.
A registered EMT who responded to the school and began lifesaving measures, including unblocking his airway of blood and chewing gum, providing four sets of 30 chest compressions, and feeling for the restoration of a pulse.

The EMT reported that they felt the chest rise a couple of times and then stop, the report indicated. Police and fire worked on the victim until they were able to bring him back. Police transported him to Wheaton Franklin for treatment.
