Five Year Old Tantrum Leads To Dad's Drug Arrest
A concerned citizen in Oak Creek called police after noticing a man walking his five-year-old son was embroiled in a disturbance.

OAK CREEK, WI — A man walking with his five-year-old son was arrested on an open warrant and drug charges after a concerned citizen reported the man to be involved in an "emotional disturbance" as he walked with his five-year-old son.
According to police reports, a man in his 30s was walking down the 2400 block of W. Ryan Rd. on June 25 when the bystander noticed the disturbance.
When police met the man on the street, he stated his five-year-old son was tired and was throwing a tantrum.

The father advised police he had a probation violation warrant for his arrest. Once the warrant was confirmed by police, a subsequent search of the man revealed a glass crack pipe in his front shorts pocket and a THC pipe in his back pack.
Police transported the man's son to his mother staying at the Value Inn while the father was transported to jail.
