Heroin Suspects Told Oak Creek Police They Were 'Just Talking'
Oak Creek police responded to the 1000 block of E. Milwaukee Ave. on a report that two people were doing drugs inside a pickup truck.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the 1000 block of E. Milwaukee Ave. on a report that two people were doing drugs inside a pickup truck.
When police arrived, both people inside the vehicle were observed making suspicious movements. When police made contact with the two people in the truck, they stated they were "just talking."
The officer had both people step out of the vehicle to conduct a search. A K9 officer that was dispatched to the scene did not make any indications of illegal narcotics, although a subsequent search by officers revealed the presence of heroin paraphernalia in the cabin.

No measurable amount of heroin was recovered, according to police reports - only a small vial with residue.
