Home Burglary Reported on Grays Ln. in Oak Creek

According to the report, all of the rooms were gone through and drawers were emptied.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Oak Creek police responded to a home on the 2400 block of W. Grays Ln. just before 2 p.m. on Dec. 26 on a report of a home burglary.

When officers arrived, they learned that sometime between 10:15 a.m. Christmas Eve and the time of the police call, someone forced open the front door, damaging the door frame.

According to the report, all of the rooms were gone through and drawers were emptied. The only items that were missing were reportedly $200 in cash and some costume jewelry.

An investigating officer located what appeared to be small blood drops on the front door.

A check of the area did not reveal any witnesses or any additional items of evidence according to the report.
