Ice Cream Truck Pulled Over in Oak Creek

OAK CREEK, WI — The driver of an ice cream truck in Oak Creek was issued a written warning after a resident in the 900 block of E. Sommers Dr. called police to report a noise complaint.

According to police reports, a man called police on June 24 just after 6:30 p.m. to report that the noise from an ice cream truck was bothering him.

Oak Creek police located the noisy ice cream truck, and conducted a traffic stop later that evening.

The truck was listed to Grumpy's LLC, a business located on the 1700 block of Spring Pl. in Racine.
