Man Arrested at South Shore Cinema
Oak Creek police took a man into custody at the South Shore Cinema on Jan. 27, just after 4:20 in the morning after police identified a vehicle in the cinema's parking lot as belonging to a wanted man with a revoked driver's license.
According to the police report, the man, who was wanted by Mount Pleasant police, was taken into custody after police made contact with him as he was exiting the cinema. The report stated the man identified himself as part of the cleaning crew that had been working there.

The man's $325 bond for operating after revocation was posted at the Oak Creek Police Department and sent to Mount Pleasant.

Man Calls Police with Card Skimmer Concerns
After numerous credit card skimming devices were discovered at the 27th St. Mobil gas station, a Franklin man reported seeing fraudulent charges appear on his credit card.
According to police, the man stated he wanted to report the issue to Oak Creek police in the event it was related to the skimming devices at Mobil.
The man told police he had not used his card at Mobil since Nov. 10, but found that two fraudulent charges were made on his credit card over the weekend - a $68 charge to Comcast and a $206 charge to T-Mobile.
