Man Hanging Out Of Car Threatens Woman in Oak Creek

OAK CREEK, WI — On June 4, an 911 caller reported a gray Honda was speeding down the 2300 block of W. Hilltop Lane at about 45-50 miles per hour with a man in his early 20s hanging out the passenger-side window.

When police responded to the area, the same people were reportedly at it again, this time riding in a black Saturn sedan.

According to the report, the person who drove the Honda was threatening to a woman who had recorded the initial incident on video.

The report stated that the driver made a "finger gun" at her.

While on scene, the Saturn came back and officers attempted to find it as it sped by at a high rate of speed south onto S. 22nd St.
