Car Burglary Suspects Caught, Cited

Oak Creek Police responded to a residence on the 1700 block of W. Timber Bridge Lane on Sep. 28 on a report of a suspect pulling on car handles and trying to get into multiple vehicles. According to the report, the suspect, who was wearing a grey hoodie with the hood up and dark clothing, was last seen hiding behind a truck near some mail boxes.

When police arrived, police stopped the suspect, who was attempting to pull away in his vehicle. Upon making contact with the suspect, police discovered a variety of items belonging to unspecified parties. The suspect and another person inside the vehicle were cited for loitering.

Police pulled over the driver of a vehicle on the 9600 block of South 27th St. just after 2:30 a.m. on Sep. 28 on an outstanding warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department.

Upon making contact with the suspect, police also located 2.6 grams of marijuana and 4.2 grams of cocaine present in the vehicle on the right side of the drivers seat upon a vehicle search. The suspect was turned over to West Allis police.

Driver Goes on Rampage, Disappears

Police were unable to locate the driver of a vehicle that went on a rampage through the front yard of a home on the 9700 block of Chicago Road just after 10 a.m. on Sep. 28.

According to the police report, a resident heard a "big bang" and observed a vehicle hit another parked vehicle that had a "for sale" sign on it, before continuing through a front yard, knocking down a city sign and driving off. The vehicle was described as a black Nissan heading south on Chicago road.
