Man Who Threw Up In McDonald's Drive Thru Came Back

Oak Creek police responded to the McDonald's on Howell Ave. after a person reported that a person threw up in the drive-thru.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the McDonald's on Howell Ave. after a person reported that a person threw up in the drive-thru.

According to police reports, the driver of a white sedan appeared intoxicated, so a restaurant manager called police.

The person called back to report that the same man was back in the drive thru and appeared normal.

When police made contact with the suspicious driver, they learned that he was not feeling well, and exhibited no signs of intoxication.

He did not have a valid driver's license so his mother was called to pick him up. Her license was expired, so they called an Uber to transport them home.
