Masked Men Break into Country Oak Apartment, Arrest Made

Six underage suspects kicked a door down at a local apartment before fleeing on foot - police caught up with the suspects responsible.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Country Oak Apartments on the 8800 Block of S. Country Drive on a report of a burglary on April 30.

According to reports, six underage suspects broken into an apartment unit there just before 4 p.m., then ran downstairs and split into different directions on foot.

According to the report, three suspects headed west on Sunnyview - a thin suspect with a black ski mask and another man with a blue and white jacket with the word "Brooklyn" written on the back.

Another suspect with a gray hooded sweatshirt was located by the Country Oaks office.
When police arrived, they observed that the door was kicked in and nobody was at the residence.

A notification tag was left for the apartment resident to contact police.
In time, two of the suspects were arrested and taken to juvenile intake for criminal damage to property, and resisting and obstructing an officer.
