Oak Creek Heroin Overdose Victim Dies
Fire and rescue arrived and initiated life-saving measures right away, according to reports.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police and rescue responded to the Country Oaks Apartments on the 8700 block of S. Country Drive on July 13 on a report of a man who was overdosing on heroin.
According to police reports, a 911 caller stated that he believed the man was overdosing, and that he was not breathing and was turning purple.
Police arrived on scene and immediately observed a man administering CPR to the apparent overdose victim.

The eyewitness on scene stated she believed the victim overdosed on heroin by snorting it as he had done in the past.

A blue snorting tube was later located. The man succumbed to his physical symptoms and was declared deceased at 8:55 p.m. - approximately 35 minutes after the police call.
