Oak Creek Man Attacked By Dog On Oak Leaf Trail
According to police reports, a man was attacked by a dog while he was riding his bike on the Oak Leaf Trail just after 5 p.m.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the 9200 block of S. Shepard Ave. on July 13 on a report of an animal bite complaint.
According to police reports, a man was attacked by a dog while he was riding his bike on the Oak Leaf Trail just after 5 p.m.
The report states that he was riding his bike south on the Oak Leaf Trail when a woman walking north with a short-haired boxer mix, had the dog turn around and lunge at him, causing puncture wounds on his right thigh.

The bicycle rider stated he wasn't sure the woman could control the dog on the 6-foot leash and felt unsafe stopping to get her information pursuant to the incident.
