Officer Catches Teens Having Sex in Theater Parking Lot

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police were conducting a foot patrol on the grounds of the South Shore Cinema on the evening of July 17 when an officer saw something you don't ordinarily see in public.

According to police reports, he observed two teens, one 16-year-old and one 17-years-old both nude inside a vehicle and having sexual intercourse.

Due to the fact that the business was open and that they could bee seen through the car windows, the police officer took both people into custody for lewd and lascivious conduct.

Both parties told the officer that they were having consensual sex and that their parents knew that they were both sexually active in their relationship.

The parents for both teens responded to the police department, where they were all advised on potential misdemeanor charges that could arise from such an activity as the one that transpired earlier that day.

Both teens were cited for lewd and lascivious behavior and released to their parents.
