Oak Creek Police Arrest Minnesota Fugitive Wanted for Strangulation
The man was found to be a wanted fugitive from justice for strangulation out of Minnesota and also had a warrant out in Franklin.

OAK CREEK -- A wanted fugitive from out of Minnesota for strangulation was taken into custody by police on New Year's Day as the vehicle he was a passenger in drove through Oak Creek.
An Oak Creek police officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle on the 7000 block of I-94 in Oak Creek after observing lane deviations and impeding traffic by slow speed.
The driver, who was an underage female, was issued a verbal warning for both offenses.

Upon making contact with the suspect, later identified as Trenton Conner by online court documents, the officer observed both the odor of intoxicants and marijuana coming from the vehicle's cabin.
Upon a vehicle search, 10 grams of marijuana and open intoxicants were found in the vehicle and police say the suspect admitted that they were the property of the Conner.

Conner, age 18, was found to be a wanted fugitive from justice for strangulation out of Minnesota and also had a warrant out in Franklin.
Conner was issued citations for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle as a passenger, possession of marijuana and resisting/obstructing police.
He was also taken into custody at the scene and is currently being held in the Milwaukee County Jail. The vehicle was towed.
