Oak Creek police are searching for a BMX bandit who broke into a home on County Line Road and made off with BB guns and electronics.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police are searching for a BMX bandit who broke into a home on County Line Road and made off with BB guns and electronics.

Oak Creek police responded to a burglary call on the 3300 block of E. County Line Road on June 1 after a woman came home to find her back door smashed in and a young man inside the house.

According tot he report, the house was rummaged through, a safe was entered.
Officers were dispatched checking the area, and learned that a young man wearing a backpack was on a BMX bike heading southbound on 10th st.

Authorities are searching for the man, described as a white male with a dark complexion and curly hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and was carrying a backpack. He was reportedly riding a BMX bicycle with chrome, blue and black on the body and reddish-orange handlebars.

Taken from the home was an Apple MacBook computer, 2 Crossman BB guns and a $5 bill.
