Oak Creek Shoe Thieves Don't Get Far; Turned Over To Parents
When two teenagers thought they made the perfect getaway after stealing shoes from Kohl's, they ended up right back where they started.

OAK CREEK, WI — A pair of shoe thieves who thought they made their getaway from Kohl's ultimately did not get very far after police caught up with them.
Oak Creek police responded to the Kohl's department store on Feb. 1 on a report of a retail theft.
According to the report, two teenagers wearing gray sweatshirts just stole shoes and left through the south doors.

They reportedly left in a silver SUV waiting in the parking lot waiting for them.
The caller chased the boys southbound through the parking lot and lost them as they headed toward a nearby apartment complex as the "getaway vehicle" left the scene.
Oak Creek police reported that both suspects were located, and taken back to Kohl's where the stolen shoes were recovered. Both suspects were cited for retail theft. Both were turned over to their fathers.
