Oak Creek Siblings Jailed in Latest Episode of Yearlong Family Trust Battle
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel takes a deep dive into the legal labyrinth of Jan Drzewiecki and Jay Yakich and Seville Flexpack Corp.

OAK CREEK -- Two executives of Oak Creek-based Seville Flexpack Corp. were jailed this week in the midst of a legal fight over their late father's multi-million dollar estate.
According to a report by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Jan Drzewiecki and Jay Yakich, 59-year-old twins who were president and vice-president of Seville Flexpack Corp., were ordered to the jail by Circuit Judge David Borowski, who also fined them each $1,000 a day until they comply with all court orders, and referred the matter to the district attorney for possible criminal charges.
Late in the evening on Aug. 31, Drzewiecki and Yakich were caught removing boxes of records at Seville. That incident led to their suspension from their positions in the company - with pay - and a Tuesday contempt hearing when Drzewiecki's and Yakich's answers about what happened landed them both in jail on contempt, the Journal Sentinel Reported.
