Police Blotter: Heroin User Revived With Narcan Monday at Pilot Travel Center
A man was revived with Narcan after he suffered an apparent Heroin overdose in the bathroom of the Pilot Travel Center on Monday morning.

OAK CREEK -- Oak Creek police and rescue were able to revive a man with Narcan after the man suffered an apparent Heroin overdose in the bathroom of the Pilot Travel Center on Monday morning.
According to the report, an employee at the Pilot Travel Center reported that a male was possibly having a seizure. A second caller told police that the victim had a needle right by him and that the incident was a possible drug overdose.
Officers reponded just before 9:30 a.m. and revived the man with Narcan, before transporting him to the emergency room at the Franklin Wheaton Franciscan hospital.

When officers spoke with the man, he reportedly told police that this was the second time he tried injecting himself with heroin and that he was dealing with a death in the family in an improper way.
Upon further investigation, the man had a previous charge for possession of heroin. Officers recovered heroin from the man on Monday, with a total weight of 0.5 grams including packaging.
