Police Called on Gun Waving Man in Oak Creek

OAK CREEK, WI — On June 18, Oak Creek police were dispatched to the Oak Creek Estates apartment on a report that a known suspect did a burnout in a silver Acura in front of his trailer and displayed a black hand gun.

According to reports, the man followed the apparent victim home and was holding a gun in his hand. He stated that the man was still holding the gun while pounding on the door after he ran into the house.

He said that when the suspect returned to his car, he was waving the gun at the residence.

When police made contact at the suspect's residence in Milwaukee, he was very argumentative with officers, refused to come out of his house and denied being in possession of a gun, nor following the apparent victim back to his house.
