Sexual Poem Nets Man 1-Month Ban From Oak Creek Library
An Oak Creek man has been banned from the public library for one month after a poem he handed to a librarian was sexual in nature.

OAK CREEK, WI — An Oak Creek resident has been banned from the library for a period of one month after the amorous man reportedly handed a librarian a piece of paper containing a poem that was determined to be sexual in nature.
According to police reports, a librarian met with police on Aug. 3 to report the matter. The librarian told police that the man handed her a piece of paper while he was at the library. The piece of paper contained an unspecified drawing and a poem that was reportedly authored by the man.
When police obtained the paper, they also determined that it was sexual in nature. According to the librarian, the man was sent a letter explaining that he had been banned from the library for one month.

Police made contact with the program manager where the man lives, explaining that he had been banned, and to reinforce that he is not to interact with library staff in such a manner.
