Teen Hanging Out at Oak Creek McDonald's Busted for Pot

When police arrived, which was just before 1 a.m., they observed four younger males sitting on a bench outside the restaurant.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek responded to the McDonald's on 13th St. on June 18th just after midnight on a report that the driver of a vehicle was speeding and doing burnouts and had just pulled into the McDonald's parking lot.

According to police reports, when police arrived, which was just before 1 a.m., they observed four younger males sitting on a bench outside the restaurant.

When police were coming to make contact with them, they tried heading back to their vehicle only to be halted by police, who asked them to sit back down on the bench.

Upon speaking with the young men, the officer noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from one of the people. Upon searching them, the officer located a large plastic baggie containing marijuana in one of the front shorts pockets of the young men containing 13.5 grams of marijuana.

The young man was cited for possession of marijuana and transported back to his residence, and released him to his brother.
