Trouble For Couple Sleeping Behind Applebee's
According to police reports, contact was made with both the vehicle's occupants and a strong odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Applebee's parking lot just after 4 a.m. on July 28 on a report that an officer on patrol found two people sleeping in a car parked in the restaurant's back lot.
According to police reports, contact was made with both the vehicle's occupants and a strong odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle.
A female passenger reportedly gave police a false name, only to have police discover the woman's actual identity - a person who had several warrants out with the Greendale police department.

The male occupant of the vehicle admitted to having marijuana in the car and it was turned over to police during their investigation.
The woman reportedly had warrants out for criminal trespassing and criminal damage to property. The man was found to be in violation of his parole on a child enticement charge.
