Weird Prowler Disrespectful to Oak Creek Police

When police sought to identify the man, he refused to offer any identification and began to video tape officers.

OAK CREEK, WI — An Oak Creek man was warned by police after an early-morning incident on July 16 near the Oak Creek Community Center.

According to police, an officer made contact with the driver of a vehicle that was circling the Oak Creek High School freshman campus and later the community center.

When police sought to identify the man, he refused to offer any identification and began to video tape officers.

He reportedly became argumentative and accused police of harassing him at 1:15 in the morning after he circled the buildings.

After police were able to obtain the man's identification, he offered no reason as to why he had been circling the properties in question.

He was issued a verbal warning for loitering right before the man shouted an expletive at officers as he left.
