Woman Found Passed Out in Falk Park With Marijuana, Pills

Oak Creek police responded to Falk Park on W. Rawson Ave. just before 10:30 a.m. on June 4 on a report of a woman passed out in a blue car.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to Falk Park on W. Rawson Ave. just before 10:30 a.m. on June 4 on a report of a woman passed out in a blue vehicle parked there.

According to police reports, the woman was unresponsive, barely breathing, sweating and had empty pill bottles located in plain sight inside the vehicle.

Reports indicated that an officer nudged her in the shoulder and she woke up. Reports stated she did not understand what was going on initially and why the police and fire departments were called to assist her.

Officers observed a marijuana pipe and a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle in addition to two prescription bottles on the passenger's seat as well as multiple white pills within the center console.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's office arrived on scene, and took over the investigation.
