Lorang of Plover, has pleaded not guilty to multiple child sexual assault and enticement charges tied to alleged incidents about 20 years ago. The detailed criminal complaint describes alleged abuse at his Plover home and on area camping trips, and he remains jailed on $500,000 cash bail while facing a potential 225-year sentence.
