1. Data center's Oracle dismisses request for legal review of PSC (gmtoday.com) — Oracle has dropped its court challenge against Wisconsin's Public Service Commission over special electric rates tied to the massive Lighthouse Data Center Campus planned in Port Washington. The decision clears a key regulatory hurdle for the AI-focused facility, which will draw huge power loads under customized Wisconsin Electric tariffs. Oracle says it will pay its own way while continuing to work with local leaders and the community.
