1. Racine & Me: Party on the Pavement returns to Downtown Racine (cbs58.com) — Downtown Racine is gearing up for the 23rd Party on the Pavement, a free 12-block street festival packed with music, food, wrestling, BMX stunts, and family activities. Residents can explore stages, local restaurants, Mini-German Fest, and performances from Racine Gymnastics and regional bands all afternoon on Saturday, Sept. 19.
   

2. Racine (WI) Art Museum debuts inaugural visual and performing arts festival (seegreatart.art) — Racine residents can look forward to In/Between, a mostly free new visual and performing arts festival from Sept. 18–27 that will activate RAM, Wustum, downtown streets, and sites across Racine County. Expect large-scale installations, performances, workshops, walking tours, and gallery events that highlight local history, Frank Lloyd Wright landmarks, and community-made art.
   

3. Linda Mary Newman, 83, of Racine (racinecountyeye.com) — Racine families are being notified of the passing of 83-year-old Linda Mary Newman, born in Racine and remembered for her love of family, dogs, and the outdoors. Her funeral will be held Sept. 26 at Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home, with visitation beforehand and burial at West Lawn Memorial Park.
   

4. Linda Archibald, 83, of Racine (racinecountyeye.com) — Racine residents are remembering 83-year-old Linda Archibald, a St. Catherine's High School alum and longtime local worker at In-Sink-Erator and Racine Country Club, who died Sept. 9. Her family suggests memorial donations to St. Catherine's, H.O.P.E. Safehouse, or the Racine County Food Bank in lieu of services.
   

5. 'Hey, Man. Heal!' Racine Native De'Marius Bogguèss Releases Book on Men's Mental Health. (racinecountyeye.com) — A Racine native, behavioral health counselor De'Marius Bogguèss has released "Hey, Man. Heal!", a book encouraging men to confront trauma and rethink masculinity. Drawing on his own experiences and counseling work, he explores topics like abandonment, ego, and trust, and is planning a men's mental health symposium and reading events in 2027.
