Major fiscal challenges addressed at the Richland Center City Council meeting (civicmedia.us) — Richland Center's City Council has approved a shift to a mid‑tier health insurance plan for its 42 municipal employees to contain sharply rising costs that threatened the city budget under state levy limits. The visit, backed by a national pharmacy group, aimed to shape future federal legislation, and residents are encouraged to invite lawmakers for similar in‑person discussions while Congress is in recess.
   

5.
