
Waukesha State Bank announced that it has promoted Keith Shepard to bank manager of its Silvernail Road Office, located in Pewaukee at Grandview Boulevard and Silvernail Road, replacing Justin Cobb who moved to the Bankβs Fox Run Office.
As bank manager, Shepard will oversee the daily operations of the Silvernail Road office, including customer service and new accounts, lending, personnel and business development.
Shepard joined the bank in 2005 as a part-time employee serving in a number of roles while attending school. After earning his bachelorβs degree in 2008 in geography from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Shepard began his full-time banking career as a floating teller.

He soon joined the Silvernail Road office as a customer service representative and then an assistant teller supervisor. In July 2010, Shepard was promotedΒ to a personal banker at the East Moreland Boulevard office, and thenΒ to teller supervisor in May. This year, he is attending Leadership Waukesha, a program offered by the Waukesha County Business Alliance for more than 20 years that focuses on the development of business professionals who live or work in the greater Waukesha County area. He is a member of the Waukesha County Business Alliance Young Professionals Committee, a group that helps professionals in their 20s and 30s advance professionally, connect to the community, enrich relationships and become the next generation of leaders in Waukesha County.
