ATI Active Care Now Offering DOT Physicals

ATI Active Care, a walk-in medical clinic providing non-emergency acute care, physicals, preventative health and wellness screenings, now offers Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals. BobbieJo Paul, Family Nurse Practitioner, is on staff at ATI Active Care and is a DOT Certified Medical Examiner.

ATI Active Care is conveniently located at 2835 N. Grandview Blvd. in Pewaukee, next to ATI Physical Therapy, with convenient hours Monday through Friday.  DOT physicals include:

-Review of health history

-Full medical exam

-Urine test

-Complete Medical Exam Certificate
