Book release and signing, novel, Philip's Team, by Robert R. Gass

Philip and four other uncool sophomores are the worst basketball team in gym class, but these five introverts find strength through friendship, and are able to overcome their shyness and defy bullies and rise to greatness, in Philip's Team, a funny and entertaining young adult novel.  The author, Robert R. Gass, a writer and driver's ed. teacher here in Waukesha, will be selling and signing copies at the Book Cafe on May 31st.  Stop in for a visit with Robert and the cafe's terrific owners, Brian and Abby.  If you are a former student of Mr. Gass's, check out his book and tell him what an outstanding driver you are.
