Christ the King Lenten Worship Schedule

Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1600 N. Genesee St., Delafield, will host a weekly 7 p.m. Wednesday Lenten Service.

Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1600 N. Genesee St., Delafield, will host a weekly 7 p.m. Wednesday Lenten Service, beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 18, and continuing each Wednesday at the church through March 25. Starting on Wednesday, February 25, there will also be weekly freewill offering meals at 5:30 p.m., prior to the 7 p.m. services.

The Wednesday meals will be served in the Great Hall of the church, with the religious services focusing on the life and ministry of Jesus Christ beginning at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary.

Sunday services during Lent will be at 8:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m., starting Sunday, Feb. 22. On Sunday, March 29, there will also be a special Choir Cantata performance at 6 p.m.

Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday services will be announced closer to that time.
